Beau is a lovely large pony gelding that is ready to take on a serious show career. He spent some time as a walk/trot pony before we purchased him in order to polish him back up for the show ring. He qualified for Pony Finals his first time out but was not shown again on the rated circuit and subsequently reinstated green.

Beau has a huge step and easily makes it down the lines. His jump is beautiful and correct. He is very keen on landing his leads correctly and is 90% consistent in the change when asked. His jump is soft and perfect for the Pony Equitation classes as well! He does not mind what the jumps looks like and doesn’t require a ton of prep.

Beau is by the pony stallion Blue Who, who was the #3 Pony Hunter Breeding Sire for USEF in 2018. Blue Who’s sire, Blue Rain was the #1 USEF Pony Hunter Sire in 2009 and 2011. This quality breeding is where his beautiful movement and lovely jump come from.

He is looking for a child to take him back into the Children’s Pony division in 2025 and back into the Greens in 2026!
